Summary: The Social Media and Influencer Assistant will join the VS UK Marketing Team to manage the execution of organic social media calendars and support the influencer program. This role requires creativity, multitasking, and a passion for social media trends, with responsibilities including content scheduling, influencer partnerships, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of organic social media calendars.
  • Support the Social Media and Partnerships Manager with influencer paid and gifted partnerships.
  • Suggest innovative ideas for social media content, focusing on TikTok and new channels.
  • Track and present social media trends to the senior team with execution strategies.
  • Brief and create local social media assets, managing the process end-to-end.
  • Build relationships with micro and mid-tier influencers for gifted partnerships.
  • Coordinate and order products for influencer and agent partners.
  • Monitor social media and influencer dashboards for insights and reporting.
  • Report on competitors’ digital activity and brand social media results against KPIs.
  • Support the Marketing team with invoice processing and supplier set-up.

About the Job
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media and Influencer Assistant to join our VS UK Marketing Team, to primarily oversee the day-to-day delivery of our organic social media calendars; ensuring seamless execution, scheduling and planning of content. This role also plays a key part in the growth of our influencer programme, supporting our Social Media and Partnerships Manager with the end-to-end delivery of our influencer paid and gifted partnerships. In addition to the above key responsibilities, the Social Media and Influencer Assistant supports some administrative duties such as product orders for talent and suppliers set-up. Key elements to this role include a passion for the ever-changing social media and digital landscape - along with a creative eye and ability to multitask across a range of projects at any given time. The ideal candidate will ideally have some prior experience within a similar role at a brand or agency, and is comfortable working within a fast-paced, innovative environment. As with most Social Media roles, some weekend remote cover will be required as part of this role (e.g. posting to channels where needed - split with the Social Media and Partnerships Manager).

You will be..
Working closely with our Social Media and Partnerships Manager to support the regular posting of organic social media content, on-schedule and aligned with the calendar. Consistently suggesting new, innovative ideas for social media content, with a key focus on TikTok (and any new channels such as Snapchat). Tracking and presenting social media trends to senior team on a weekly basis with execution strategy (what are the trends, how will we film them, when will we post them). Briefing and creating local social media assets (with support from agency), owning the process end-to-end from ideation & prop sourcing, through to production and delivery. Alongside the Marketing team, liaising with key influencer and agent partners. Building relationships with new micro and mid-tier influencers to support the growth of the brand’s influencer programme through gifted partnerships. Coordinating and ordering products for influencer and agent partners. Monitoring and leveraging our social media and influencer dashboards including Meta Insights, TikTok Business, Tribe Dynamics (influencer) and Dash Hudson (social media scheduling & reporting and UGC content). Regular reporting of competitors’ digital activity and brand social media & influencer results, against our channel KPIs. Supporting the wider Marketing team with the processing of invoices and timely set-up of new suppliers on our accounts system - along with other ad-hoc admin based tasks as required.

A creative with the ability to jump on trends and adapt concepts to content in a consistently engaging way, while remaining on-brand. Strong knowledge of key social media channels including TikTok, Snapchat and Instagram - along with an eye for content trends. Sufficient experience supporting a brand’s social media team and content shoots. Excellent communication and organisation skills. Self-starter who is energised by the pace and can multitask efficiently, ensuring tasks are prioritised accurately to support the deadlines of the wider team. Passion and knowledge of the influencer landscape with the ability to regularly suggest new influencer partners for the brand, including upcoming big talents.
