- Monitor social channels for mentions, trends, and competitor activity.
- Support the development and implementation of social media campaigns, including ideation and content creation.
- Assist with uploading copy and images across digital channels, maintaining brand consistency.
- Optimize content based on performance metrics to enhance engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and content creators to gather assets.
- Maintain content libraries within platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Seismic.
- Prepare performance reports by tracking KPIs and analyzing data.
Key Skills:
- 2 years of experience in social media and digital marketing, ideally within financial services.
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for social media in banking.
- Hands-on experience with Sprinklr, Hearsay/YEXT, AEM, and Seismic.
