Summary: The Social Auditor role involves conducting on-site audits of contractors and external workforce in Belgium, specifically in Flanders and Wallonia. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site social audits of contractors and external workforce
- Verify legal documentation (e.g., LIMOSA declarations, work permits, contracts)
- Ensure that workers are properly declared and legally employed
- Check actual presence on site and alignment with reported workforce
- Hold informal discussions with contractors and workers to assess working conditions
- Ensure compliance with social and labor regulations
- Identify gaps or non-compliance and follow up directly with contractors to ensure correction
- Perform audits across multiple projects and locations
- Produce clear, structured, and high-quality reports on findings
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Belgian social legislation and labor laws
- Experience in social audits, compliance, or contractor verification
- Ability to analyse complex and sensitive situations
- Solid reporting skills (clear, structured, and professional)
- Assertive but respectful communication style
- Ability to approach people without being intimidating
- Strong presence on site while maintaining trust
- Comfortable interacting with contractors and international workers (including third-country nationals)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Auditor to perform on-site audits related to the employment of external contractors across multiple projects in Belgium (Flanders & Wallonia).
The role focuses on ensuring that all contractors and subcontractors comply with social legislation, legal requirements, and working conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site social audits of contractors and external workforce
