Summary: The Social and Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement for a charity. This role involves content creation for various projects and providing digital expertise to colleagues. The position is part of a small, dynamic Marketing and Communications team, focusing on key initiatives such as partnerships and appeals. The manager will work closely with multiple directorates to achieve campaign goals.

The Social and Digital Marketing Manager works closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications, Income Generation and Engagement directorate and the Children’s Services directorate to develop and deliver digital campaigns across the charity to increase reach and brand awareness, deepen engagement, and encourage support from our warm and cold target audiences. As a proactive member of a small and ambitious Marketing and Communications team, you will contribute to both generating content for ongoing communications and upcoming exciting campaigns, in particular planning, creating and publishing content for some key projects - our attendance at and partnership with Carfest, our September appeal and Play in Healthcare Week 2026 (13 to 17 October).
