Summary: The Snr PMO Analyst/Project Manager will support the Programme Manager in a major global D365 F&O rollout, focusing on governance, delivery control, and vendor management. This hybrid role requires strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for effective backlog management and reporting. The position involves oversight of Systems Integrator performance and financial tracking across multiple global workstreams. The ideal candidate will possess extensive PMO experience in large-scale ERP implementations and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain robust programme governance, including RAID logs, change control, and decision logs.
- Own Azure DevOps configuration and reporting to provide delivery transparency across workstreams.
- Provide oversight of Systems Integrator performance and milestone adherence.
- Deliver executive reporting and Steering Committee packs.
- Track programme financials, forecasts and commercial commitments.
- Manage cross-workstream dependencies and risk mitigation.
- Provide PMO support and coordination across global stakeholders.
Key Skills:

SmartCo are seeking an experienced Snr PMO Consultant, ideally with vendor management skills, to support the Programme Manager on a major global D365 F&O rollout (From Dynamics AX). This role will play a critical part in driving programme structure, governance and delivery control across multiple global workstreams, working closely with a third-party Systems Integrator. A key requirement is strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps to establish structured backlog management, milestone tracking, traceability, and real-time reporting across the programme.
