Snr PMO Analyst

Summary: We are looking for a Senior PMO Analyst with extensive experience in the financial services sector to join a leading banking client on a 6-month contract in Sheffield. The role involves providing PMO support, ensuring project governance, and facilitating project delivery across high-impact financial projects. The position is classified as inside IR35 and offers a hybrid working model. Candidates should possess strong project management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive PMO support, including planning, reporting, and governance activities.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor project progress, tracking key metrics and highlighting risks or issues.
• Assist in resource planning, budget tracking, and financial forecasting.
• Facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing key actions and decisions.
• Support senior stakeholders with accurate data insights and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO function.

Key Skills:

• Previous experience as a PMO Analyst within the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
