Summary: The Senior Legal Advisor for Risk and Compliance Management at Citadel will play a crucial role in supporting risk management processes and developing risk mitigation strategies across the organization. This position requires collaboration with various departments to ensure compliance with risk management policies and involves managing contracts, risk registers, and conducting risk assessments. The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctorate and have extensive experience in risk management and compliance within a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support risk management activities by identifying, assessing, and documenting risks.
- Review and manage contracts and vendors across the organization.
- Maintain and update risk registers and tracking systems.
- Manage Technology and Data Risk Management and GRC Tool Administration.
- Create, maintain, and enforce risk management policies and procedures.
- Prepare and analyze reports on risk performance and mitigation actions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks early.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Manage member complaints through various channels.
- Assist in preparing risk-related presentations for leadership and auditors.
- Monitor progress on risk management initiatives and resolve issues.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on risk-related topics.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and emerging risks.
- Provide additional support to the department as needed.
Key Skills:
- Juris Doctorate required.
