- Operate pick & place machines, screen printers, and conduct reflow profiling.
- Sourcing, commissioning, and improving manufacturing equipment.

Our client is a busy electronics manufacturing business looking for an experienced SMT Process Engineer to join their team for an initial 6 month contract. This is an urgent requirement.
Location: Onsite in Burgess Hill (option to work hours across 4 days)
Contract length: 6 month initial contract, extendable or contract-to-perm
Experienced required:
- A Process Engineer with strong SMT / Surface Mount expertise, from design through to production
- Hands-on with PCBA assembly, reflow ovens, and wave soldering
- Experienced with pick & place machines, screen printers, and reflow profiling
- A Process Engineer confident in sourcing, commissioning, and improving manufacturing equipment
