The Opportunity
Join our IT Asset Management (ITAM) transformation programme as a Lead Business Analyst. This initiative focuses on leveraging ServiceNow to revolutionize hardware asset management across its life cycle-from acquisition to disposal. The programme aims to enhance compliance, security, and visibility while ensuring robust management of IT hardware assets.

What You'll Do
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into ServiceNow platform requirements.
* Capture requirements as user stories and maintain the story backlog.
* Partner with Process Owners and Architects to design and implement ITAM processes using out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities where possible.
* Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align on solution designs.
* Document workflows, integration needs, and project deliverables.
* Drive testing processes, including defect logging and resolution.
* Manage user acceptance testing and support implementation.
* Lead Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and sprint planning, ensuring project tasks are tracked and delivered.
* Analyze and improve ITAM processes to maximize value and efficiency.

What We're Looking For
* Demonstrable expertise in ServiceNow, particularly IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Service Management (ITSM).
* Proven experience in process design and implementation within ServiceNow.
* Exceptional stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills.
* Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
* Ability to simplify complex issues and effectively communicate solutions.
* Experience working within Agile frameworks and delivering in fast-paced, global environments.
* A Business Analyst certification is a plus.
