Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR) in collaboration with Compliance, HR, and other teams.
• Conduct thorough reviews of certified staff.
• Review and update the SMCR project plan.
• Produce documentation related to policies and procedures.
• Manage various stakeholders across the business.
• Conduct research into current regulations and provide appropriate advice.
• Update existing and new SMCR procedures.
