Summary: The role of Injection Slinger/Setter involves setting up and adjusting injection moulding machines, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring production quality and compliance with safety regulations. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in injection moulding, preferably in a supervisory capacity. The successful candidate will also be responsible for training production personnel and maintaining accurate production records. This position is based in Thorne, near Doncaster, England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust injection moulding machines and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with moulds and machines
- Perform tool changes and mould maintenance activities
- Ensure that production runs are completed on schedule
- Monitor and maintain the quality of products throughout the production process
- Train and supervise production personnel
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Key Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Injection Moulding Setter
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of the injection moulding process
- Experience with 3 axis / 6 axis robots
- Experience with a range of materials with both hot runner and cold runner systems

Pay Rate:£35,000 - £40,000 (annually)
Shift Pattern - 06:00 - 14:00,14:00 - 22:00 and 22:00 - 06:00 Monday - Friday
