Summary: The SLC Compliance Officer is responsible for overseeing compliance in domestic student recruitment, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while protecting student interests. This role involves managing admissions controls and partner activities within higher education, focusing on consumer protection and fair outcomes for students. The position requires extensive experience in compliance, audit, or legal roles within UK regulated environments. The officer will also provide guidance and training on compliance matters to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the compliance framework for domestic admissions and partner/agent activity.
- Develop and implement policies, controls and monitoring aligned to regulatory expectations.
