Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in Health and Safety activities.
• Produce components at the highest quality.
• Deliver cell performance targets.
• Conduct machine PPM and manage calibration.
• Deliver improvement initiatives and adopt development roles.
• Critique own work through visual and dimensional inspections.
• Load and unload various process equipment.
• Provide feedback to Manufacturing Engineer and team.
• Maintain excellent quality standards and work within strict HS&E guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to meet customer needs in a high-volume, target-driven environment.

Key Skills:

• Completed a recognized time-served apprenticeship (City and Guilds, NVQ3/SVQ3 or equivalent).
• Ability to work a multi-shift pattern including nights.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in an operator role.
• Familiarity with Nickel, Steel, and Titanium Alloys.
• Up-to-date knowledge of health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings.
• Basic IT knowledge.
