Summary: The Tech Lead role for a global entertainment client focuses on enhancing scalable, customer-centric digital experiences across various platforms. The position requires strong expertise in ecommerce, customer attribution, and loyalty ecosystems, with a proven ability to deliver digital solutions in agile environments. The role involves leading technology direction, optimizing platforms, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement cloud-first solutions. This is a 6-month contract based in West London with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technology direction for digital, ecommerce, customer and marketing platforms.
- Drive the scalability and optimisation of ecommerce and loyalty platforms across multiple markets.
- Enhance customer attribution and data-driven marketing capabilities.
- Support agile product and engineering teams with architecture guidance, technical leadership and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to deliver cloud-first, modular digital solutions.
- Define engineering principles, platform roadmaps and best practices across customer technology ecosystems.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience across ecommerce, digital customer platforms and MarTech ecosystems.
- Expertise in omnichannel architecture across web, mobile apps, B2C and customer engagement platforms.
- Experience delivering solutions within Agile, DevOps or DevSecOps environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native and scalable platform architecture.
- Experience integrating customer data, attribution and loyalty solutions to improve customer experience and commercial performance.
- Experience with Sitecore is preferred.
- Ability to manage technical debt, platform resilience and scalability across complex environments.
- Comfortable working across engineering, architecture, product and third-party delivery teams.

This is an initial 6-month contract role which provides a daily rate of £700 p/d (Outside IR35). In terms of working structure, this role requires 4 days per week in their West London office and 1 day remote.
