Summary: The role of Senior Sitecore/Azure Consultant involves leading and supporting enterprise migration and transformation initiatives within a highly regulated environment. The consultant will leverage their expertise in Sitecore, Kubernetes, and digital platform migrations to guide stakeholders and shape migration strategies. This hands-on position requires a blend of technical depth and strategic thinking to navigate complex platform modernization efforts. The consultant will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and governance of migration approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support enterprise migration and transformation initiatives
- Provide hands-on expertise across Sitecore and cloud-native platforms
- Advise on migration strategy, governance, and implementation approach
- Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to shape solutions
- Assess existing processes and recommend improvements or course-corrections where required
- Support platform modernisation within a regulated enterprise environment
- Collaborate across architecture, engineering, and delivery teams
Key Skills:
- Strong commercial experience with Sitecore
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes and containerised environments
- Experience delivering or supporting large-scale migration programmes
- Ability to operate in a techno-functional / client-facing capacity
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within enterprise or regulated environments
- Exposure to AI-driven solutions or enterprise AI initiatives (desirable)
- Experience within Financial Services or Banking (desirable)
- Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred)
- Architecture or consulting background (desirable)

We’re supporting a major enterprise transformation programme within a highly regulated environment and are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise across Sitecore, Kubernetes, and digital platform migrations. This is a hands-on consulting role suited to someone who can combine technical depth with strategic thinking, helping shape migration approaches, challenge delivery direction where needed, and guide stakeholders through complex platform modernisation initiatives.
