Summary: Supervises a team of employees in the execution of tasks for an assigned area of responsibility, ensuring coordination of appropriate work assignments. The role requires several years of experience as a Site Supervisor, with a focus on Site Management, Health & Safety, Environment, Quality Assurance & Control, Installation Works, and basic knowledge of Commissioning and Civil Works. The Site Supervisor will report to the Site Construction Manager, Senior Site Manager, or Site Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of internal and external resources and equipment technical specialists during on-site installation/construction activities.
- Ensure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.
- Conduct performance reviews for team members.
- Manage work assignments for the assigned area of responsibility.
Key Skills:
- Several years of experience as a Site Supervisor.
- Experience with Site Management.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety (OHS) regulations.
