We're looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor with a strong background in roofing and general construction. If you've managed roofing gangs or overseen roofing packages as part of larger build projects, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience supervising roofing works, refurbishments, and structural builds - including demolition and rebuild
- Comfortable running live sites, especially in occupied environments, with strong coordination of multiple trades
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Enhanced DBS, Working at Height, Manual Handling, and UKATA Asbestos awareness - all up to date
- Strong on-site leadership - able to resolve day-to-day issues, maintain programme targets, and ensure safe, quality delivery
