Site Supervisor

Summary: We are looking for two experienced Site Supervisors for a 12-month hybrid contract to oversee a key infrastructure/construction project. The role involves a mix of on-site supervision and office-based responsibilities, focusing on documentation review, process adherence, and safety oversight. Candidates must have relevant certifications and experience in site supervision. The position is set to start as soon as possible, within the next four weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the site team in daily operations and ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct and review documentation to ensure compliance with processes and standards.
• Enforce and promote site safety standards in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Report progress and issues clearly to the project management team.

Key Skills:

• SMSTS or SSSTS certification (required).
• Proven experience in site supervision within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation and process management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work effectively in both office and site environments.
