Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Project Manager and/or Site Engineer for requisitioning plant and equipment.
• Ensure site personnel have correct authorizations for plant operation and permits.
• Manage operatives' time sheets and holiday forms accurately and timely.
• Assist in weekly inspections of plant and lifting equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation for Permit to Work near Existing Services for ground-breaking activities.
• Provide necessary information for on-site security arrangements.
• Hand over site records to the Engineer for final documentation.

Key Skills:

• Right to work in the UK.
• NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
• CSCS Card - Gold/Black.
• SMSTS certification.
• First aid certification.
• TWS/TWC certification - Desirable.
