Summary: The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) role focuses on maintaining Tier-0 services during a migration from legacy bare metal systems to cloud-native infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- Run day-to-day DevOps across legacy bare metal and cloud-native workloads in parallel.
- Manage Kubernetes cluster operations, troubleshooting, and scaling.
- Support migrations, including cutover validation, runbooks, and incident response.
- Operate Tier-0 services such as DNS, LDAP, DHCP, CDN, and IP networking in both legacy and cloud-native forms.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of production Linux SRE experience.
- 2+ years of Kubernetes SRE experience.
- Public cloud DevOps and CI/CD experience - Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong container troubleshooting, plus legacy Linux, storage, and networking know-how.
- Development skills in Python or Golang.
- Monitoring and logging with Prometheus, ELK, or similar.

- Location: Dublin Central - Hybrid working - on-site Mondays and Tuesdays
What you'll need:
- 5+ years of production Linux SRE experience
- 2+ years of Kubernetes SRE experience
- Public cloud DevOps and CI/CD experience - Azure, AWS or GCP
- Strong container troubleshooting, plus legacy Linux, storage and networking know-how
- Development skills in Python or Golang (a must, not a nice-to-have)
- Monitoring and logging with Prometheus, ELK or similar
