Summary: The role of SRE DevOps Engineer involves executing security-related tasks, managing incident tickets, and supporting deployments in a hybrid work environment in London. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Security Wave work items with detailed procedures.
- Manage IcM tickets related to 3P services and customer-reported issues.
- Support SRE deployments and perform Datapack deployments.
- Ensure PCI compliance, including evidence collection and handling segmentation penetration tests, internal vulnerability scans, and change requests.
- Analyze logs using Azure Log Analytics.
- Create and update secrets in Azure Key Vault.
- Monitor SLA dashboards and investigate dips in performance for Nuance3P services.
- Migrate Persistent Volume Claims (PVCs) across services.
- Conduct synthetic testing post-deployment for 3P services.
- Respond to auto alerts and investigate pod failures.
- Troubleshoot customer-raised tickets using Grafana and Prometheus.
- Create Hydra clients for customers.
- Handle ad hoc requests from FTEs.
