Summary: The Site Quality Control Manager will oversee quality control activities for the ENI Liverpool Bay Project, focusing on decommissioning and carbon capture and storage. This role involves managing a team of 10 QC professionals and ensuring compliance with project and company standards. The manager will act as the primary contact for quality control matters and support the development of the Project QC System. The position requires extensive experience in QC management within offshore Oil & Gas projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise Quality Control activities for the project.
- Manage and coordinate a team of supervisors across welding, painting, mechanical, and related disciplines.
- Act as the focal point for all quality control matters within the project and liaise with external stakeholders.
- Support the Project Quality Manager in developing and implementing the Project QC System, plans, and procedures aligned with the Company QMS.
- Allocate QC Supervisor roles across project areas, ensuring effective coordination onsite.
- Monitor and verify that internal and subcontractor inspections, tests, and controls are performed and properly documented, including mechanical completion.
- Oversee proper registration and control of documentation to meet project requirements.
- Compile QC data for reporting and assist in preparing the Project Quality Management Review.
Key Skills:
- 8–10 years in a QC management role within offshore Oil & Gas projects, preferably in facility or pipeline environments.
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of welding procedures and control (mandatory).
- Familiarity with Oil & Gas facilities and pipeline construction standards.
- Welding Inspector certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to lead and manage small/medium QC teams.

What We’re Looking For
