BMS require an experienced QA and Handover Engineer for a long-term role in Renfrewshire.

The job spec is listed below:

• Collate required information in line with each ITP


• Collation of QA sign off documentation


• Issue completed record back onto 4P and tracker progress


• Attend project handover meetings


• Collate all handover documentation and attend documentation meetings


• Collation of critical spares lists from Sub-contractors


• Monitoring of O&M manuals for handover


• In feed of O&M information  


• Liaise with site team regarding training


• Critical spares review and ownership


• Warranties review and ownership 


• Liaison with End system throughout

QA Site Supervisor

• Completion of required site paperwork line with each ITP


• Raising of snags onsite


• Completion and signing off snags onsite via FieldView


• Collation of QA sign off documentation


• Attend project handover meetings
