Site Project Manager

Summary: The Site Project Manager role involves overseeing the deployment of engineering solutions at various delivery stations across the UK and Ireland. The position requires significant on-site presence during project deployment, focusing on project planning, execution, and closure while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. The contractor will manage materials, validate installations, and ensure successful project outcomes. This role is critical in supporting the UK Field Engineering team throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field verification of drawings and identifying interferences with existing/new equipment.
• Set up and manage daily calls with vendors, Ops, WHS, and RME.
• Provide daily report summaries and conduct site visits to verify project progress.
• Manage ordered materials, inventory, and coordinate material movement and installation.
• Coordinate with IT for data cable terminations and validate cable installation and functionality.
• Support UK FE PM during site acceptance tests.
• Obtain and validate documentation from vendors and transfer documentation to appropriate storage locations.

Key Skills:

• Working experience in Industrial, Mechanical, Process Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience as a Project Manager of medium complex projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.
