Summary: The Site Operations and Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing site management, ensuring effective leadership, organization, and monitoring of site works. The role requires conducting inductions, managing documentation, and maintaining health and safety practices while performing general site inspections and minor maintenance tasks. Strong stakeholder management skills and proficiency in IT systems are essential, along with a willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- General site management – leadership, organising, and monitoring site works
- Conducting inductions and toolbox talks
- Competence in documentation and reporting
- Commitment to maintaining good health and safety practices
- Conducting general site inspections
- Fault response management
- Undertaking minor maintenance works, including cleaning hydro intakes, replacing building water supply filters and lighting, weed management, etc.
- Proficient use of Windows-based IT systems and basic office software such as emails (Outlook), word processing (Word), and spreadsheets (Excel)
- Availability to travel extensively across all sites
- Willingness to work outside and/or in excess of normal working hours
- Flexible approach to work
