- Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Maintaining health & safety compliance at all times
- Liaising with tenants, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience
- Driving quality and programme performance across kitchen and bathroom installations
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within planned works / social housing
- Strong background in kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme deadlines
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Must have SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS (Gold Card or above)
