Summary: The Site Manager will oversee a planned works programme focused on kitchen and bathroom refurbishments in social housing properties in the Walsall/Bloxwich area. This role involves managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining high-quality performance across projects. The position offers a minimum contract of three months with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social housing and refurbishment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day site operations across multiple occupied properties
- Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Maintaining health & safety compliance at all times
- Liaising with tenants, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience
- Driving quality and programme performance across kitchen and bathroom installations
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within planned works / social housing
- Strong background in kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme deadlines
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Must have SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS (Gold Card or above)
