Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day site operations across multiple occupied properties
  • Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Maintaining health & safety compliance at all times
  • Liaising with tenants, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience
  • Driving quality and programme performance across kitchen and bathroom installations

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within planned works / social housing
  • Strong background in kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Must have SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS (Gold Card or above)

We’re looking for a confident and driven Site Manager to take the lead on a planned works programme focused on kitchen and bathroom refurbishments across social housing properties in the Walsall/Bloxwich area.
