Site Manager/Supervisor needed to start on a project in Paddington, West London

8am-5pm - 8 hours paid

Hotel refurb
MUST have own laptop and phone.
Hotel refurb must have fit out exp, pref. hotel but not essential. There is 35 trades on site, 3 site managers splitting the 35 trades.
Duties :
Tracking progress, reporting issues, checking quality and safety. If one manager has roofing and external works great but not essential.
CVs and telephone interviews.
Must be fit as the hotel has 9 floors and no lifts.
Site Manager MUST have the following:
- A valid SMSTS/SSSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS card
- 2 references & experience
