p>Site Manager - South East - Data Centre

I'm looking to speak with Site Managers in the South East to work with my Contractor client on a small data centre re purpose project.

We need someone with an Electrical bias but also coming in with a decent mechanical understanding, as you'll be dealing with both mech and elec contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all on-site operations
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times
- Coordinate work schedules and assign tasks accordingly
- Manage subcontractors and internal team

On Offer:

Rate: 340 - 380 per day
IR35: Outside
Start: 1st Jan 2025
Length: 6 months - potential for more work after

What you need:

- CSCS Card
- Black or Gold card
- First aid
- Health and Safety
