Site Manager Residential
Summary: The Site Manager will oversee the completion of a residential development in Birmingham, focusing on efficient delivery and program adherence. This role requires strong leadership to assess and restructure site operations, manage subcontractors, and coordinate finishing trades. - Review and manage existing subcontractors
- Retain high performers and replace them where needed
- Drive programme, productivity and sequencing
- Coordinate all finishing trades to completion
- Work collaboratively alongside the developer

- Experience in project completion
- Strong programme management and organisation skills
- Confident managing and challenging subcontractors
- Able to come in, assess quickly and implement change
