We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a hospital construction project in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile healthcare scheme, managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site activities and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Monitor programme progress and maintain project timelines.
- Produce site reports and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' construction site management experience.
- Valid SMSTS and CSCS certifications.
- Strong IT and reporting skills.
- Proven leadership and organisational abilities.
- Hospital or healthcare project experience is desirable.
Contract Details
- Location: Oxford
- Duration: Initial 8 months (with potential extension)
- Rate: £320 per day
- IR35: Outside IR35
- Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, site-based
