  • Ensure health & safety compliance at all times.
  • Liaise with the client, designers, and project team to resolve any site issues.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and cleanliness on-site.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience managing office fit-out or commercial interior projects.
  • SMSTS certification, Fire marshal and Asbestos.
  • CSCS card.
  • First Aid at Work.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the site.

Salary (Rate): £270/day

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an 8-week office fit out project in Northwich. This is a fast-paced CAT A/B commercial fit-out, requiring a site manager with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a track record of delivering high-quality office interiors on time and within budget. My client are a successful commercial fit out contractor that provide services on a nationwide basis and there is a strong possibility for ongoing work,

Key Responsibilities:
