We are currently working with a privately owned developer/contractor who’ve asked us to source an experienced Site Manager to lead a conversion scheme near Sale. This is a commercial to residential scheme and will run for circa 9 – 12 months. The developer in question is a successful but small team and need somebody capable of leading on-site operations, driving quality and taking ownership.

Site Manager – Requirements/Reasons to apply:

  • We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with an eye for detail; a joinery background would be beneficial.
  • You’ll need to hold a valid SMSTS & First Aid to be considered.
