Are you an experienced and proactive Site Manager with a strong background in industrial construction? We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee a new GBP20m industrial project in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading national main contractor and play a pivotal role in a flagship development.

The Company

Our client is a prominent national main contractor with an annual turnover exceeding GBP500m. They specialise in delivering a diverse range of projects, from large:scale residential developments to major industrial and commercial schemes up to GBP200m. The Role

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day:to:day management of all site activities for the GBP20m industrial build. You will be the key on:site presence, ensuring the project runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently, and in line with the project program.
