Key Responsibilities:

A UK full-service renewable energy provider is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a 40MW+ ground-mounted solar farm project in Tiverton, Devon. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for daily site operations, driving programme delivery, managing multi-disciplinary civil, mechanical and electrical subcontractors, and ensuring high HSE and quality standards onsite. Solar farm experience is preferable; however, candidates with strong civil, electrical infrastructure or general construction backgrounds will also be considered. This is a site-based role working 10-hour days, Monday to Friday, with the site also open on Saturdays (8am-1pm), with a full day paid. This is for 12-month initial contract, likely to run for 15-18 months, operating outside IR35.
