JOB TITLE: SITE MANAGER

LOCATION: BODMIN, PL31

You will be working in Bodmin, PL31 and it starts next Monday.

Site experience is required for this role and it's an ongoing long-term work.

CSCS/SMSTS/First aid cards are essential.

Pay and benefits: A competitive pay 25-26/hour and the payment options available are PAYEE, CIS and umbrella with payments made weekly. Open for negotiation.

Work Schedule: Mon to Fri 7:30am to 05:00pm (9 hours paid per day).

Do you see yourself as a Site manager who has these skills:

• Experience working in a similar role or eager to start a career in the construction industry.
• Enforcing UK regulations, running daily safety briefings, checking PPE usage, and managing site risks.
• Hold CSCS/SMSTS/First aid (essential).
• Be reliable and punctual. Proof of right to work in the UK.
