We are working with a large scale developer, looking for a Fit-out manager to manage the night works whilst delivering a high-spec, multi-unit high-rise scheme in Southampton city centre. This is a strong opportunity for a Fit Out Site Manager to join a residential project at a critical stage, taking ownership of night works through to completion.
Night Works Will Focus On
- MEP closing out
- Corridor service connections
- Integration and closing-up works
- High-spec internal finishes
- Traditional ground-floor completion
The Role
As Night Shift Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing and coordinating works during critical integration and fit-out stages.
