Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the on-site construction team to ensure a smooth and efficient building process.
- Conducting weekly site walks with the client and senior site team.
- Managing budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver the project on time and within budget.
- Overseeing a team of contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality control standards.
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety procedures.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks to minimize delays.
- Regularly reporting project progress and key decisions to the project team.

- In date CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid tickets.
- Extensive experience as a Site Manager on Prime Residential fit-out projects.
