Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social housing refurbishment projects on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Report on project progress and issues to senior management.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Minimum level 4 qualification (NVQ4 or HNC) or equivalent experience.
- SMSTS Certification.
- Scaffold Inspection & Asbestos Awareness training.
- CSCS Card.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience in construction or refurbishment site management.
- Experience in the social housing sector.
Salary (Rate): £250 daily

Our client is looking for a Site Manager who will be supporting the northern region with the social housing refurbishment contract.
Site Manager Requirements:
- Minimum level 4 qualification (NVQ4 or HNC) or equivalent experience
- SMSTS Cert
- Scaffold Inspection & Asbestos Awareness
- CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Construction or Refurbishment Site Management experience
- Experience working in the social housing sector.
