Site Manager – Wind Farm Projects (Contract)

Location: Aberdeenshire or Highlands

Rate: Circa £450–£475 per day (negotiable depending on experience)

Peace Recruitment is working with a well-established civil engineering contractor who require an experienced Site Manager for onshore windfarm projects in the North of Scotland.

This role is ideal for someone who knows how to run a site properly — strong on health & safety, organised with paperwork, and experienced in managing subcontractors and engineers day-to-day. Prior experience in renewables or windfarm environments would be highly beneficial, but a strong civils background is just as valuable.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing civil engineering projects
  • Ability to lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors effectively
  • Solid understanding of site HSE standards and compliance
  • Windfarm/renewables experience preferred
  • CSCS card essential (SMSTS or equivalent desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence
