The successful candidate will have a strong main contractor background and be confident managing subcontractors, site operations, programme, quality and health & safety.
Requirements
- Previous Site Manager experience within construction.
- Main contractor experience preferred.
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Strong understanding of RAMS, health & safety and site documentation.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
