Freelance Site Manager - Education Refurbishment Nottingham
One of my clients is looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Site Manager for an education refurbishment project based in Nottingham.
This is a 6-week contract starting on 24th July, overseeing refurbishment works within a live education environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme, and ensuring the highest standards of health & safety and quality are achieved.
Requirements
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- Fire Marshal Certificate
- Enhanced DBS issued within the last 2 years
- Previous experience delivering education refurbishment projects
- Strong organisational and communication skills

- Some weekend working may be required to meet programme demands.
- Candidates must have no pre-booked holidays during the contract due to the short programme.
