Freelance Site Manager - Education Refurbishment | Nottingham

One of my clients is looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Site Manager for an education refurbishment project based in Nottingham.

This is a 6-week contract starting on 24th July, overseeing refurbishment works within a live education environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme, and ensuring the highest standards of health & safety and quality are achieved.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid at Work
  • Fire Marshal Certificate
  • Enhanced DBS issued within the last 2 years
  • Previous experience delivering education refurbishment projects
  • Strong organisational and communication skills

Additional Information:

  • Start Date: 24th July
  • Duration: 6 weeks
  • Location: Nottingham
  • Some weekend working may be required to meet programme demands.
