Summary: The Site Manager will oversee a £15m new build commercial development in Manchester for a main contractor specializing in commercial, education, and healthcare projects. This freelance role, lasting approximately 2 months, requires managing various construction packages and ensuring project delivery, planning, and health and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience in managing similar projects on-site.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:
