Summary: The Site Manager will oversee the installation of a large diameter water main and the construction of a reservoir in Luton as part of a major infrastructure project. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure the project is executed efficiently, safely, and within budget. The Site Manager will coordinate site operations and act as the main point of contact for stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a key project in the utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the on-site management and delivery of a large diameter water main installation and reservoir construction.
• Ensure that the project is executed efficiently, safely, and within the allocated time frame and budget.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues as they arise.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in the installation of large diameter water mains and reservoir construction projects.
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• Valid First Aid certification.
• EUSR (Energy & Utility Skills Register) card to work on utility projects in the UK.
• Experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems (preferred but not essential).
