As a Site Manager, you will be working underneath a Project Manager, you will be expected to manage to programme, manage the timescales of the project, health and safety and have experience in refurbishment experience.
You must hold all the tickets to be based on site, such as SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS and have a solid career history of delivering residential refurbishment schemes from start to finish.
