My client is currently recruiting for a Site Manager in the Livingston areaThis is to work on a Highways project including work with bridges, concrete, and shuttering joineryThis is an ongoing role paying GBP350 a day outside IR35This role will include the below duties; Project management: Overseeing the project from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, and execution. Safety: Ensuring that the project is safe for all workers and that safety regulations are followed. Quality control: Conducting inspections to ensure the project meets quality standards and matches the design. Communication: Working with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to keep everyone informed. Team management: Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors. Problem solving: Addressing issues and delays as they arise. Documentation: Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including reports, schedules, and change orders. Budget and cost monitoring: Tracking costs and budgets to ensure the project stays on track.
