Site Manager

We are looking to recruit a temporary Site Manager to support our client on their project on a secondary school in Leicester. This is a refurbishment and new build project which will commence during the school holidays

The role is for approximately 6-8 weeks commencing on or around 13th August.

The candidate must be an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in construction and must hold a valid DBS certificate due to the nature of the projects.

The role will include managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining health and safety standards, monitoring progress against programme, liaising with the project team, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Key requirements

• Experienced Site Manager
• Valid DBS certificate
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• CSCS card preferred
• Construction project experience
• Strong health and safety awareness
• Able to manage subcontractors and site operations
