Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Overseeing kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes
- Coordinating roof repair and replacement works
- Ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Managing subcontractors and site labour
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety compliance
- Liaising with tenants, clients, and project stakeholders
- Producing site reports and progress updates
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social housing refurbishment projects
- Experience overseeing:
- Kitchen upgrades
- Bathroom upgrades
- Roof repair works
- SMSTS (Essential)
- Gold CSCS Card (Essential)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
