The successful candidate will manage the full project life cycle, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to manage multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project life cycle from initial site setup to completion.
- Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Oversee compliance with health, safety, environmental, and contractual requirements, including CDM regulations.
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively.
- Supervise temporary works and manage associated risks.
- Interpret and manage contract documentation, drawings, and specifications.
- Foster a positive safety culture and ensure compliance.
