- Proven experience managing National Grid projects under TP137 regulations.

- Experience working safely in live high-voltage or substation environments.
- Leadership skills to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Competent in writing and reviewing RAMS, permits, and safety documentation.
- Solid understanding of project scheduling, resource planning, and risk management.
- CSCS Manager/Supervisor card.
- TP137 Accreditation.
- SSSTS/SMSTS certification.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid UK driving licence.
